is owned by Bolt Science Limited. In these terms and conditions, "we"
and "us" means Bolt Science, which is a trading name of Bolt
Science Limited.
Acceptable
Use
By subscribing, accessing, browsing or evaluating the site, you acknowledge
and accept the terms and conditions of Bolt Science. Bolt Science reserves
the right to update, revise and impose new terms and conditions on the
use of the site at any time. This clause is common in an agreement of
this type and is there to cover unforeseen situations.
Subscription
The subscription period for access to a particular course is for 3 months
following the registration of a user.
Liability
We accept no liability direct or indirect for the use of this site.
All information on the site is believed to be correct at the time of
publishing; however Bolt Science accepts no responsibility for any incorrect
information or any action, direct or indirect that results in any loss
based on the Bolt Science content.
Access
to the web site and content
We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the web site, but
access to the web site may be suspended, restricted or terminated at
any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove
without notice any information on the web site from time to time. We
assume no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to
which the web site has links.
User
name and password
On registering with us, you are issued with a user name and password
that must be used in order to access certain restricted parts of the
web site. The user name and password are personal to you and are not
transferable. Your name and password are the methods used by us to identify
you and so are very important. You are responsible for all information

any payments due for services accessed through the web site by anyone

Governing
law
These terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with English
law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the English courts.
