Fastener Material Selection Form
The Fastener Selection
Material Form allows the selection of a fastener material
from a large range of standard specifications applicable
to both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The form opens
the inch or metric material database depending upon which
units were selected from the main program. The most common
fastener materials are included (there are approximately
200 material specifications covered).
Besides the standard
data on the fastener material other information is included
that can be interest to the engineer. This information is
selected by clicking on a tab at the top of the form.
Details are also provided
on the form as to whether a grade or manufacturer's mark is
required. Again this information is selected by clicking on
a tab at the top of the form. The program also provides other
information that can be of interest to the engineer - this
is accessed by clicking on the appropriate button. For further
